Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, only if the order is still in pending status.
- Please send an email to our customer's service email at info@s-t-u-f.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Q. How long does delivery take?
Deliveries will be made within 2 - 3 business days from the date of payment via Pos Laju or other courier services. It will take another 2 - 4 business days for domestic courier to reach your address, depending on the delivery method. For International Shipping, your parcel will be taking 5 - 7 business days to arrive.
Q. How much is the shipping rate?
Free shipping on purchase over RM200 within Malaysia.
West Malaysia: RM8
East Malaysia: RM12
International Orders
We do ship internationally to other countries and postage will be charged based on EMS courier rates according to the actual weight of the parcel. Please write to us at info@s-t-u-f.com for Paypal payment details and shipping charges.
